The Pro Series features fully digital mobile control with a touch display. All relevant machine functions and operating information are centrally controlled and displayed via a single user interface.
The display uses a dark design, which improves readability in direct sunlight, dust, and poor visibility conditions through dark backlighting. The hardware has been specially developed for demanding environments and resists vibrations, splashing water, temperature fluctuations, and dust.
The machine operator has everything in view: all important information is on one screen. Predefined screening programs allow the selection of the respective application; trommel, conveyor belts, and speeds are then controlled based on the stored parameters, ensuring consistent operation. Frequent tasks can be saved as custom programs, minimizing operating errors, ensuring constant screening capacity, and enabling true one-person operation via remote control.

What telemetry truly means for the Pro Series
Telemetry refers to the automatic recording and transmission of machine data. In the Pro Series, relevant operating and status data are transmitted to the online portal via an integrated communication module. This makes information on the current machine status, usage, and possible malfunctions centrally available.

The Zemmler-Proemion Portal
All telemetry data converges in the Zemmler-Proemion Portal, a web-based dashboard that can be individually configured for operators, dealers, and rental companies.
Fleet View: All machines at a glance
The portal displays an overview of all machines with serial number, current status, and location.
Individual Dashboard and Reporting
The portal is not a rigid system. Users can create their own reports, define individual overviews, and design the dashboard according to their requirements, configurable differently for managing directors, dispatchers, and service technicians.
Machine-Specific Analysis
For each individual machine, the following can be retrieved:
• Operating hours (daily analysis, weekly totals, history)
• Machine status – current and historical
• Active errors and error history / error log
• Signal status of machine components
• Stored maintenance events and service intervals with verification function
Remote Access and Diagnostics
Through the portal, dealers and manufacturers can remotely access the machine to perform diagnostics without needing to be physically present. What this means will be explained in more detail in the section on user groups.
Location Functions
The current location of each machine is displayed in Google Maps and can be shared with third parties if necessary. This also makes the system an active theft protection: if a machine leaves its location without authorization, it is immediately visible.

Billing based on actual operating hours. The integrated fleet management shows the location, utilization, and upcoming maintenance of individual machines.
Dealers and Service Partners
For dealers and service partners, the telemetry system provides a direct overview of machine status and error messages. This allows service deployments to be prepared more effectively. Dealers see the machine status of their customers, can react proactively to active errors, and prepare service deployments specifically. Service technicians can prepare for the respective error message before arrival and plan for needed spare parts.
Operators and contractors
Operating and machine states can be viewed transparently at any time. Maintenance intervals can be planned based on actual operating hours, and many malfunctions can be analyzed via remote diagnosis. This reduces unplanned downtime and supports high machine availability.

Plug & Play is not a marketing term for the Pro Series, but a consistent technical concept for fast, simple, and service-friendly assembly, maintenance, and component replacement.
In the Pro Series, Plug & Play describes a consistent principle for service, assembly, and maintenance. Conveyor belts can be disassembled in three steps via defined mechanical and electrical interfaces. Plug-in connections enable quick removal and installation without re-wiring.
Other electrical components are also modular, allowing for targeted replacement.
For the trommel drive, the Pro Series relies on a low-maintenance belt drive. Decentralized frequency converters support efficient cooling, while an overload shutdown on the conveyor belt protects the machine from blockages.
This makes service, maintenance, and replacement easier and supports machine availability.

Drive: Fully Electric or Self-Sufficient
the Pro Series is both
The Pro Series models are primarily designed for electric operation. The MS 16 Pro requires a 16 A mains connection, while the MS 36 Pro requires a 32 A connection. Both models are low-maintenance and operate on mains power without local exhaust emissions.
For applications in locations without a power connection, on remote construction sites, in off-grid areas, or with constantly changing locations, a Diesel generator can be used as an option. The diesel engine generates the necessary electricity to operate the electrical devices. No hydraulic components are used; the system remains fully electric, only the energy source changes.
