Longevity

The solid inner trommel protects the outer screens from coarse material and thus ensures the longevity of the screening machine.

The square steel bars and rods of the inner trommel act as carriers and ensure that even highly cohesive, clay-like material and lumps are broken up.

The middle fraction can be separated from the fine and coarse components in a single operation, eliminating an additional processing step.

Clean separating cut & fine screening

Efficient and precise fine screening, as the coarse grain is already separated in the inner trommel, which means that screening of 2 mm is also possible.

Maximum flexibility according to replaceable wire screen linings

The skeleton of the double trommel forms the technical basis for efficient material processing.

The wire screens can be replaced quickly and without special tools, allowing the mesh size – and thus the cut line – to be precisely adjusted to the screening requirements.

The trommel is customised to suit the respective material. In addition to the external screens, internal screens can be flexibly added as required. This combination enables the separating cut to be precisely defined.
