ZEMMLER® mobile screening machines stand for innovative screening technology, high flexibility and maximum efficiency in material processing. Whether for construction material recycling, waste recycling or composting and soil processing, the efficient MULTI SCREEN screening machines enable precise separation of various materials into up to three fractions in a single pass.
With our patented Double trommel technology, materials such as soil, minerals, biomass, Wood or metal can be screened efficiently and cost-effectively. Depending on their quality, they can be selectively reused or marketed. The mobile systems impress with high throughput, robust design and flexible application options, both on construction sites and in recycling and waste management facilities. The screening machines operate reliably even with wet, sticky or contaminated materials. The range extends from the compact trailer model at 3.5 t to the high-performance system with 180 m³/h and a Tracked chassis for difficult terrain. Interchangeable wire screen linings allow ideal adaptation to different materials and grain sizes – the right solution for every operation.

Civil Engineering and Earthworks
Excavated rock-soil mixes and materials with contaminants are sorted on site. This reduces disposal costs and enables the direct reuse of processed Excavated soil on the construction site.
Garden and landscaping
Soil, Compost, substrate and humus can be screened to the desired grain size. Roots, Stones and coarse material are reliably separated, and the end product is ready for immediate use in agriculture.
Recycling and Circular Economy
Building rubble, minerals, concrete and brick rubble as well as mixed waste are separated into recyclable fractions. Valuable materials such as gravel, sand or recycled chippings can be recovered directly and marketed.
Municipal Operations and Agriculture
Mobile screening machines are ideal for municipal composting plants, municipal depots, landfill processing and green waste facilities, including seasonal or temporary operation.
Wood processing and biomass
